CAMP REGISTRATION Process
NEW Registration System: CampBrain
OAK has changed camp registration systems in 2023 to a new web-based tool called CampBrain - it will help us better serve the needs of our campers, parents and families.
For those families that registered campers in 2022, we have imported your basic information into this new system to assist in the transition.
For those parents who started registering their campers, all of those details have been imported as well to avoid having to re-enter data.
6 Steps of Registration FOR NEW Families:
1. Creating a Parent/Guardian Account
2. Creating Camper Profiles
3. Registering for Camp Sessions
4. Complete the required Camper Forms
5. Submit the "order" for registration
6. Completing the Medical Form & Physician Release Form (when needed)
